I first read about Jon Stewart’s racy appearance on “Crossfire” this morning when I got my Monday-morning headlines from my undergrad alma mater’s college newspaper (The Hatchet — Go GW!). That’s because “Crossfire” — in one of those cruel, you-were-here-at-the-wrong-time,-Liz twists — is now taped in the media building at GW, and so Jon’s inflammatory appearance was very much local news to Gee Dubbers.
Then, I read Curtis’s post about it, and decided to read the Washington Post’s summary. Ouch. I wish I’d known to tape it.
If you’re a Jon Stewart fan (or if you hate Tucker Carlson), you should have seen it, too, apparently.
