Eric (von) Huber finally has a blog! Given that he and I seem doomed forever to communication via voicemail and text messaging, it’s a wonderful proposition that I could at least know the essentials of his life (A few germane examples: When’s the wedding? What, he has Internet access at home again?! And, has he …

apoplectic.
Do you ever have a word knocking around in your head that feels like the right word, even though you’re not sure why? I’ve been thinking about Lewis Black a lot lately (’cause we went to see him Friday, and all), and the word I’ve been wanting to use to describe him is apoplectic. I …
there’s sore. then, there’s this.
So I did a little yardwork yesterday. Lots of raking, bending, shoveling, etc. And I do understand soreness when you use muscles you don’t normally. So I grabbed a rake and went to work. An hour later, I had two great big bags full of …
blog notes ….
Curtis’s blog has a new look. Spiffy! A random guy posted a comment on my blog last week. From North Carolina. I’m loving the pictures! 🙂 Daniel thinks that if he had a blog, we’d never have to talk again … we could just catch up on one another’s lives via the blogs. Wouldn’t that …
the kind of day you pray for.
It’s currently a breezy 77 degrees as I write this in Plano … the sun is shining … it’s GORGEOUS outside … and I feel fantastic. I’ve now had three days off, three glorious days that have left me feeling well rested, at peace with my world, and generally happy with my life. It’s wonderful.
