I swear, never in my lifetime have I witnessed (or maybe just noticed) so many good things happening at roughly the same time to so many people I know. People all around me are in varying stages of falling for someone they’ve recently met, AnnaLisa’s set a wedding date, Eric’s buying his first house, my parents just had an outstanding (and safe) trip to Alaska and are preparing for their next Hawaiian adventure, my brother’s less than two months away from graduating college, Tommy’s preparing to open his own private practice in Conway, my aunt Dalis is sticking to weight watchers, I’ve eclipsed the halfway point in my own weight-loss odyssey and am on the downhill slope towards my goal, Matt was in a good mood the other day, Julie’s got herself two tours booked already … I mean, look at this list! And I’m sure there’s more I either don’t know about yet or have forgotten!
