All of the offer/counteroffer paperwork is essentially done, so I’m ready to share some photos. I thought about providing the Realtor.com link and/or MLS number, but I then realized that this isn’t really a private forum and random stalker people could come hunt me down at the new abode with that sort of info.

This picture’s kinda distorted — the room is actually in an L shape, with the TV at the upper end of the L. It’s a living room/dining room combo, and we’ll probably opt to use it all as living space as well.
The kitchen — it’s quite open (gives into the second living area) and is in fantastic shape

The master is a nice-sized 15×16, and has a good-sized walk-in closet and a smaller bathroom, which does *not* have a garden tub (DAMMIT!) but *does* have a jetted tub (nice consolation prize, anyway).
