Although my powers as a rainmaker are known (and documented), apparently it does not translate into also being able to summon up precipitation of the frozen variety. For the 24 hours beginning Monday afternoon, the Weather Channel was predicting 1-3 inches of snow in Dallas last night. Alas, we didn’t get a single flake, as best I can tell. I was really hoping I’d get to stay home today and get some serious work done … but alas. ‘Twas not to be.
