It’s almost time for KERA’s quarterly NPR pledge drive, which always spells trouble for my bottom line as I seem incapable of resisting the call to up my monthly contribution. Glenn Mitchell is particularly good at inspiring guilt in me for not giving them more money (and, don’t get me wrong, I love him for that!).
Lately, I’ve just tended to avoid NPR during pledge drives so I don’t stretch myself any more. Which sucks, I know, but I’m really giving them all I can. Are you?
